Enrollment Documents
and Downloadable Forms
This
section contains Enrollment
Documents and Downloadable Forms for prospective and current parents of
Daniel Island Academy. Enrollment for the
current school year is offered year around as
availability permits, or to be added to the
school's waitlist until an appropriate position
becomes available. Open Enrollment for the
following school year is offered in Mid-January,
with applications accepted in advance on a
first in, first served basis. Current students
and their siblings are offered advanced Enrollment for
the following school year beginning in
Mid-November, in advance of Open Enrollment.
Current Students
- Enrollment forms are distributed in
Mid-November and is due along with payment by
Mid-January, prior to Open Enrollment, which is
offered on a first in, first served basis (see
Enrollment Registration Packet Forms below).
Please check the School Calendar posted below
for scheduled dates. Please note that classes
are often over-subscribed by current families
prior to Open Enrollment, so while an early
enrollment period is offered, these are also
accepted on a first in, first served basis.
New
and Current Students -
Each year parents are
required to complete a new Enrollment and
Registration Packet, which are distributed at
the end of the school year in May. These packets
must be completed and returned by July in
preparation for the upcoming School Year. If
enrollment occurs during the current school
year, all documents must be completed prior to
enrollment and your child's scheduled start
date.
