Professional Development Site

Daniel Island Academy and the School of Education at Charleston Southern University have established a partnership to ensure the best possible learning experience for your child. By being designated a Professional Development Site, School of Education Faculty will provide ongoing training for the Academy's faculty and staff in the area of early childhood education. The training focuses on research-based practices that are developmentally appropriate for your child. Daniel Island Academy is Charleston Southern University School of Education's only Professional Development Site at a childcare facility.
